Noodles, Scallion, Premium Noodles Savory Light Soy Sauce (made by Jiajia Food only), Salt, Chicken Essence, Panzhongcan Peanut Oil, Panzhongcan Sesame Oil
Lettuce, cabbage or purple cabbage leaves, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, less sodium soy sauce (made by Jiajia Food only), fragrant vinegar (made by Jiajia Food only), dried or fresh chillies, garlic, sugar, salt.
1. Prepare vegetables & fruits, seasonings
Wash the Lettuce, cabbage or purple cabbage leaves and tear them into small pieces. Slice or dice the cucumbers. Shred the carrots. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 1/2 pieces. Mince the garlic. Cut the dried or fresh chillies into sections. Prepare less sodium soy sauce (made by Jiajia Food only), fragrant vinegar (made by Jiajia Food only), sugar, salt, etc.
2. In turn, put the prepared cucumbers, cabbage or purple cabbage leaves, carrots, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chilli sections, salt and sugar into a bowl, then pour the less sodium soy sauce and fragrant vinegar (made by Jiajia Food only) evenly over the vegetables & fruits.
3. Heat some Panzhongcan peanut oil up in a pan, spread it evenly over the seasonings to add flavor. Then mix the seasonings well with the vegetables & fruits and serve.
Tips: The salad tastes more delicious after being well refrigerated in the fridge.
